The Medoc wine and the high Medoc wine on the left bank of the Garonne. We find the prestigious appelations Pauillac, Margaux, Saint Estephe, Saint Julien and Moulis there.

A poor ground and a basement give an excellent wine. It is indeed the case in Medoc wine, where vineyards are subjected to ideal conditions, of climate and grounds: cold grounds in the strong and clayey lands, and zones of graves, where the siliceous pebbles play the role of batteries of heat.

Medocains vines are particularly adapted to the humidity of the climate, the sauvignon Cabernet distinguishing itself by its resistance in the decay of the wet years.
